Games bring people together, in many different forms! Here are the associations and clubs that will be present over these three days.

AccessiJeux
AccessiJeux is a game shop in Paris in the 12th arrondissement that offers more than 800 games, including 300 games accessible to the visually impaired.
AccessiJeux is also an online shop for adapted games that has numerous festivals, fun cafés, toy libraries and media libraries.
AccessiJeux is a board game publisher that publishes games that are 100% accessible to the visually impaired: AccessiGames.
AccessiJeux offers fun and awareness-raising activities on the theme of ‘games accessible to visually impaired people’.

Alpa-Ludismes
We are a board games club, open every Sunday afternoon and evening, including during the holidays.
We have a rich toy library of nearly a thousand games. We really like modern board games and classics, whether they are family-friendly or aimed at enthusiasts. We prefer games that are intelligent and relaxing.
We are open to adults and teenagers from 12 years old,
We are a French-speaking club, but most of our members speak English and/or Dutch, and everyone is welcome.

Auberjeux
Auberjeux is a b&b that focusses on board games and is located in Leuze-en-Hainaut in Belgium. With overnight staying options, hundreds of a board games to choose from (rules explanation and tips included), meals and drinks on site, possibility of cultural trips in the neighbourhood, local walking and cycling tours…

Belgian Go Federation
Discover the game of Go, a very subtle game of observation and strategy played by millions of players in Asia. A story that began 3000 years ago and has evolved to its current practice, where it is played both in clubs and online with the support of Artificial Intelligence.
Note: This is an ongoing activity. The rules are simple, and you can start playing after just a few minutes on mini game boards. From ages 5 to 105…

Brussels Mahjong Club
Come discover Mahjong with us, a 4-player Asian board game similar to poker and rummy. This game of Chinese origin, extremely popular in Asia, blends strategy, psychology, and luck, with a wide range of regional (even local) variants.
Passionate about this game with almost infinite combinations, where everyone can express their playing style, the team of the Brussels Mahjong Club invites you throughout the festival for an initiation and social play, whether you’ve never heard of Mahjong or you play it regularly!
As the game is quite complex and requires well-developed abstract thinking and strategic abilities, it is not recommended for those under 14. (However, if you love brain-teasers, this game might be highly addictive.)

CREE ASBL
CREE asbl, Collectif Recherche Et Expression, is a Youth Organization specialized for deaf and hard-of-hearing children and young people, recognized by the Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles.
We offer our audience, regardless of their socio-economic background, leisure activities specifically adapted to their deafness and encourage deaf and hard-of-hearing children and young people to become Citoyens, Responsables, Actifs, Critiques et Solidaires (CRACS).
Recognized as a specialized Youth Organization for deaf and hard-of-hearing children and young people by the Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles, CREE asbl Collectif Recherche Et Expression is approved by ONE (Office de la Naissance et de l’Enfance) and is a member of COJ (Confédération des Organisations de Jeunesse pluraliste et indépendante).

Dice’s Master
Dice’s Master is all about one passion: role-playing games. Behind the name stands a Brussels game master ready to guide you through a dozen different worlds — from Pathfinder to Call of Cthulhu, and many other mysterious and adventurous universes.
Whether you’re a total beginner or an experienced player looking to try something new, initiation sessions are available from age 12. Step into a character, roll the dice, and dive into the magic of role-playing in a fun and immersive atmosphere.

Fumble Asylum
In the heart of the “Cité Ardente”, Fumble Asylum opens its dimensional doors to play tabletop role-playing games such as Dungeons & Dragons, Vampire, Star Trek or Call of Cthulhu, as well as board games.
The club organizes various activities:
- introductory role-playing game tables and one-shot sessions every Wednesday evening,
- campaign tables several times a week, organized according to the Game Masters (or GMs),
- three annual events: Ludicon, Fumble Town and the Halloween night,
- role-playing game activities at Belgian fairs, conventions and festivals throughout the year.
Fumble Asylum emphasizes novelty, friendliness, and the quality of its activities.

Game Spirit
Game Spirit is a Brussels-based agency founded in 2017, specializing in the design, transformation, and facilitation of playful learning tools for businesses and public institutions. Drawing on its expertise in game sciences and techniques, the agency creates training programs and serious games that stimulate collective intelligence, foster learning, and support change dynamics. Its approach aims to integrate play as a lever for engagement, reflection, and professional development.

HE2B – Honours Bachelor in Game Science and Techniques
This specialised course in Game Sciences and Techniques aims to train reflective game-playing practitioners, game librarians and ludopedagogues. After this course, you will then be able to promote and use gaming within a professional context, carry out ‘game design’ projects and/or to be the creator or manager of a game library.

Las Bobas – Ludogîte
Game Spirit is a Brussels-based agency founded in 2017, specialized in the design, adaptation, and facilitation of playful tools for companies and public institutions. Drawing on its expertise in game sciences and techniques, it creates training programs and serious games that stimulate collective intelligence, foster learning, and support change dynamics. Its approach aims to integrate play as a driver of engagement, reflection, and professional development.

Le Cabinet de L’Étrange
Le Cabinet de L’Étrange is a two-faceted project: The first is to create an immersive place where visitors will have the opportunity to admire mythical artefacts from all over the world and from a multitude of folklores, as well as the opportunity to practice their talents as an investigator of the occult to solve the mysteries related to these relics!
The second is to bring together several Belgian artists for a common purpose: Make our visitors dream while at the same time offering them a challenge adapted to their level! Visit the stand of the Cabinet de L’Étrange to discover what Delphine, Lyst, Guillaume and Navid have concocted for you!

Les Forgeurs de rêves
Les forgeurs de rêves is a board game and role-playing club located in Mons. Our game nights take place on Thursdays from 7 pm to midnight and Saturdays from 2 pm to midnight at the Ligue des Familles venue (88 Boulevard Albert-Elisabeth), but also on Fridays from 7 pm to midnight and Sundays from 2 pm to midnight at the Maison Citoyenne in Cuesmes.
Whether you enjoy heavy expert games, worker placement, deckbuilding, RPGs, party games, or many others, we are open to everyone from age 12.
Being located very close to SHAPE, we also gladly welcome English speakers.

Les Saigneurs du Chaos
Les Saigneurs du Chaos, contrary to what the name might suggest, is a non-profit organization entirely dedicated to tabletop role-playing games.
It’s a delightful mix of theater and board games, where players embody characters in worlds as rich as they are varied, ranging from traditional medieval fantasy to cyberpunk, and from esoteric to post-apocalyptic.

Ludo ASBL – Label Ludo
Le Label LUDO du meilleur jeu familial est un jeu disponible en Belgique depuis moins d’un an, jouable en famille dès 8 ans, apprécié à la fois par les adultes et les enfants, original et d’un bon rapport qualité/prix. Parmi une centaine de nouveautés, les jeux joués et particulièrement appréciés (8/10 et +) par les ludothécaires et familles réunies en LUDOweekend au mois de mai constituent notre sélection annuelle.
Parmi ceux-ci, de 3 à 5 finalistes sont testés par le public en ludothèques et lors des événements ludiques entre la fin de l’été et les Rencontres Jeu T’aime (novembre). Le jeu finaliste le plus plébiscité est sacré label LUDO à la veille de la Saint-Nicolas !

Ludo Ludo
Since 2021, LUDO LUDO has been offering you unlimited access to our catalog of over 1000 games each month, delivered directly to your home through our unique rental service. Choose your favorite games on our website and receive them by cargo bike in one of the 19 Brussels municipalities and their surroundings.
At this edition of the BGF, we are making our beautiful collection available at the bgthèque. You will have the opportunity to borrow games on-site or take them home for free!
And we’re not stopping there: our tailor-made event service transforms your private, public, and even at-home events into unforgettable gaming experiences.
During the festival, we will offer, among other things, quizzes to test your gaming knowledge, a play area for families with children, and thrilling speed-gaming sessions!

Ludobox
Ludobox offers hundreds of board games for rent for all ages, from toddlers to expert gamers, including giant games. They also have a collection of video games for consoles, 21 giant games, costumes, and a wide selection of educational games focused on children with dyslexia and dyscalculia. We organize many activities, ranging from game nights to team-building events.

Ludomania
Step into the playful world of Ludomania, an association dedicated to making board games accessible to everyone. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned expert, you’ll find a wide range of games to enjoy.
Ludomania is also all about creating lively experiences: friendly game tables, activities for all ages, and even giant wooden games that never fail to impress. On top of that, the association runs its own board game festival, already attracting over 2,000 visitors — a clear sign of their passion and strong ties within the gaming community.

Museum of Illusions
Located in the heart of Brussels, the Musée des Illusions offers a unique sensory and intellectual experience. This interactive museum, open to all ages, offers a playful journey through optical illusions, interactive installations, puzzles and holograms that will challenge your perceptions and arouse your curiosity.

Openfab-Gamelab
Openfab-Gamelab is a place for gathering, exploration, exchange, and creation around games in all their forms.
In addition to the usual fablab machines (laser cutter, 3D printer, electronic equipment…), specific tools for game prototype fabrication are also available.
This inclusive and self-managed platform brings to life various gaming projects enriched by the experiences of everyone involved.
Gamelab is a valuable resource for game creators. It is also a community that regularly gathers for public game nights or private sessions among game authors to discuss ongoing prototypes.

Riddle of Steel
Riddle of Steel Brussels is a small association offering young people and adults the chance to practice playful fencing, also known as live action role-play (LARP) combat. Using safe foam replicas, participants can duel without heavy protection, in a friendly and accessible atmosphere.
The association is committed to providing a safe, caring, and inclusive space, allowing both LARP enthusiasts and newcomers to discover this unique sport where imagination, fair play, and adventure meet.
