Where can I buy my tickets?

On our online ticketing service: the link is coming soon!

You can also buy your tickets at the festival entrance, if any are still on sale!

Why is the BGF paying this year?

The festival team is made up of volunteers who give a lot of their free time to create an unforgettable festival. It wasn’t an easy decision to make, but to ensure the festival’s continuity in the years to come, we had to resort to paid ticketing for this edition.

Why is the number of tickets limited?

Entries are limited for safety reasons linked to fire department regulations.

Are all festival exits final?

No, as long as you keep your wristband, you can re-enter the festival site.

You can return it at the exit, in which case you’ll receive tokens to take part in our survey.

Note that if you return the wristband, you won’t be able to get it back.

Can I give my named entry to someone else if I can’t go to the festival on one of the three days?

Yes, there’s no need to change the name on the seat, as the ticket includes a QR-Code that will be scanned on entry.

Why is the BGF no longer held at Cinquantenaire?

On the one hand, the BGF lost a lot of volunteers during the COVID period, and on the other, given the size and capacity of the current organizing team, it was decided that it would be preferable for the BGF to take place indoors this year. This means less outside logistics and more time to concentrate on what we love best – the games!

Can I eat at the festival?

Yes, there will be FoodTrucks on the festival offering meals for different diets (Vegan, gluten-free, etc.).

What methods of payment can be used at the BGF?

Cash and Bancontact/Contactless can be used at the entrance, in the bars and at the games market.

However there will be no Payconiq.

Will the festival be accessible to people with disabilities?

Yes, the festival site is accessible and adapted for people with reduced mobility.

What’s more, the BGthèque will be offering games adapted for the visually impaired.
